A key activity for telecom operators is communication with end users, whether through agents or other communication channels (call centers, websites, etc.).For this purpose, as part of the project, the ASW AI Chatbot has been developed to communicate both with telecom agents and end users. The AI Chatbot offers various functionalities, including answering frequently asked questions,guiding agents/users through processes, managing user inquiries, and providing real-time assistance, all while ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
