Direct Media is a leading regional communications agency that provides a full range of services, from planning and leasing media space, through research and insight into consumer needs, to communication strategy and consulting. The company operates in 7 countries in the region: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania. The main goal of the project is to introduce a system that covers all financial and accounting processes within Direct Media and its regional members. The goal of the project is that financial information is automatically linked to the bookkeeping and covers all processes within the company.
The project encompasses the implementation of the central ERP system asw: dominus. In the first phase of the implementation, Direct Media system was put into operation, and in the second phase a system was put into the companies and its members. Further implementation of the same system is in the companies in the region. The information system was put under control by all financial flows, which enabled the company to more effectively manage and plan at the group level. All revenues and costs are monitored individually by all companies and collectively at the group level. Realization is an integral part of the realization of the Project - "Development Strategy and Application of Information Technology in the Business Processes of Multikom", as the leading member of the holding company.
