The main activity of the Multikom group are marketing activities, activities related to the advertising of clients in the media (tv, radio, newspapers), purchase and sale of television rights, financing of productions in joint arrangements, project financing (batch, show) and sale after their termination to television stations . The task set up before the design team of ASW is the development of the Project of the strategy of development and application of Information technology in the business processes of the company Multikom group and all its members.
The development strategy proposed in this Project is based on information obtained by analyzing the current state of affairs, current IT support for business functions, the contractor's proposals for improving these functions and great experience in the development and implementation of an integral information system of ASW Engineering Consulting Team. The result of the project is defined strategy for development and integration of specific solutions that cover certain business segments into a unique information system that tracks all business events at the time of their occurrence, generates the current information necessary for system management and provides centralization of data and distribution of functions as basis for up-to-date and relevance information. Following the completion of the project Multikom group started implementing an integral information system in accordance with the defined priorities.
