The diverse business activity of Mercur includes hotel industry, catering, trade and the provision of traffic services. The property of Mercur is the hotel Mogren and the bus station in Budva, one of the most functional facilities of this type in the region. There are several members of this company: Mercur System a.d. ; Mercur Evropa d.o.o.; Hidromont Mercur d.o.o.; Montenegriflight d.o.o. ; The main task of the project was the introduction of an integral information system in all member companies in order to centralize all functions and more efficient management and control of resources.
The project encompasses the implementation of the central ERP system asw: dominus and the asw: mercantis retail management system. Implementation of the system in the holding company took place at the same time, which reduced the total implementation time and saved the project (joint training). The information system was placed under control of all commodity and financial flows, which enabled the company to manage more effectively and plan at the holding level. All revenues and costs are monitored individually by all companies and collectively at the holding level.
